Job description

Primary Function:  -Our TSR will travel to our customers jobsite and troubleshoot/diagnose existing customer problems and report findings to management.  Assist new customers in acclimating to our products. Demonstrate and install new and/or existing products for Governing authorities to evaluate.  Assist in evaluation and development of new products.

Work Location: Hybrid (Thomaston, Georgia office + Remote)

This position follows a 40-hour work week with a hybrid schedule designed to support West Coast business hours while fostering in-person teamwork in Georgia. 10AM-7PM EST

Primary Function: We are seeking a motivated West Coast Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to support our West Coast customers and regional sales team. This hybrid role blends in-office collaboration at our Thomaston Georgia location with remote work, ensuring sales growth, excellent customer engagement and efficient order processing aligned with West Coast business hours.
